At the beginning of the Artificial Intelligence era, the movement was clear and cruel: companies were laying off en masse, seeking to replace people with machines.

We saw this happen in big techs and social media platforms. AI was treated as a cutting force, a shortcut to efficiency, a tool that promised to do more with less — and without the human factor.

But this cycle is running out. Companies are beginning to realize an undeniable fact: AI alone is fast, but limited.

It executes, but it doesn’t understand context.
